Thank you for shopping with us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how refunds work for our digital products, including Canva template packs, digital downloads, template links, and other downloadable resources.

Because our products are digital and access is delivered electronically, our refund process is different from a physical product return.

Digital Products Cannot Be Returned

All products sold on this website are digital products. After purchase, customers may receive instant access to files, downloads, Canva template links, instructions, or other digital materials.

Because digital access cannot be physically returned and access cannot always be fully revoked once delivered, we do not accept returns in the traditional sense.

This means:

- There is no physical item to send back
- Digital files cannot be unused once accessed
- Template links may already be copied into a Canva account
- Downloaded files may already be saved by the customer
- Access to digital content cannot always be completely reversed

For this reason, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

When Refunds May Be Offered

We only offer refunds when the product does not work as intended and we are unable to help resolve the issue.

Examples may include:

- The download link does not work
- The Canva template link is broken
- The product cannot be accessed after purchase
- The delivered product is significantly different from the product description
- A technical issue prevents you from using the purchased product
- We are unable to provide a working replacement or reasonable solution

If there is a product access issue, please contact us first so we can review the problem and help fix it.

Before Requesting a Refund

If something is not working, please contact support with your order details. In many cases, we can quickly fix access issues, resend links, provide updated files, or help you locate your purchase.

Please include:

- Your name
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Product name
- A clear description of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages, if available

We may ask for additional information so we can understand and verify the issue.

Situations That Usually Do Not Qualify for a Refund

Because these are digital products, refunds are usually not provided for reasons such as:

- You changed your mind after purchase
- You no longer need the product
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- You did not read the product description before buying
- You expected custom design services that were not included
- You expected a physical product to be shipped
- You do not want to create or use a Canva account
- You do not have Canva Pro and do not want to replace Pro elements
- You do not like the design style after access was delivered
- You do not have the software, device, or internet access needed to use the product
- You edited the template incorrectly
- You accidentally deleted or changed something inside Canva
- You experienced an issue caused by Canva or another third-party platform
- You expected business, sales, marketing, or client results that were not guaranteed

We do our best to describe each product clearly so customers can make an informed purchase before checkout.

Canva and Third-Party Platform Issues

Many of our products are edited through Canva. Canva is a third-party platform that we do not own, manage, or control.

We are not responsible for issues caused by Canva, including:

- Canva account restrictions
- Canva login problems
- Canva platform changes
- Canva Pro element requirements
- Canva app or integration issues
- Canva download settings
- Canva pricing changes
- Canva service interruptions

If the template link we provide is working correctly, issues related to your Canva account or Canva platform usage may not qualify for a refund.

Replacement or Fix First

If your product does not work as intended, our first step is usually to help fix the issue.

Depending on the problem, we may:

- Resend the download link
- Provide a new Canva template link
- Update the product file
- Replace a broken file
- Give access through another method
- Provide basic instructions to help you access the product

If we cannot provide a working product or reasonable solution, we may approve a refund.

Refund Review Process

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee approval. We may review your order, access history, download status, product details, support messages, and the nature of the issue before making a decision.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment network.

Refunds may take several business days to appear on your statement. We do not control the processing speed of PayPal, Stripe, Square, banks, credit card companies, or other payment providers.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us with your order details.

We may review duplicate purchase refund requests if:

Our products are designed to help you create professional marketing materials more easily. However, we do not guarantee specific business, marketing, sales, client, or financial results.

Refunds are not provided simply because a marketing campaign did not produce the results you expected.
