It is your responsibility to:

- Save your order details
- Save your template links and downloads
- Create a copy of any Canva template in your own Canva account

We do our best to provide reliable access, but we cannot guarantee that product links, third-party platforms, or download systems will always be available without interruption.

Customer Account

Product previews are for demonstration purposes. The exact final appearance may vary depending on your edits, images, fonts, Canva settings, printer settings, and download format.

License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a template pack, you receive a digital license to use the templates for one business brand or one client business, depending on how you are using the product.

If you are a local business owner, you may use the purchased pack for your own business. This includes your own business promotions, locations, services, offers, customer campaigns, online marketing, and printed marketing.

If you are an agency, freelancer, consultant, designer, or marketer purchasing on behalf of a client, one purchased pack may be used for one client business only. If you want to use the same pack for another client, that separate client needs their own purchased pack or license.

Allowed Uses

You may:

- Customize the templates for the licensed business or client
- Add your own logo, colors, images, contact details, and offers
- Use the finished designs for social media, websites, email, print, and offline marketing
- Print the finished designs for flyers, postcards, coupons, cards, signs, or similar marketing materials
- Create multiple edited versions for the same licensed business or client
- Share finished exported designs with your team, printer, client, or marketing support provider
- Use the finished designs in paid or organic marketing campaigns for the licensed business or client

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

- Resell the editable templates as your own template product
- Share, sell, or distribute the original Canva template links
- Upload the templates to another marketplace, template store, membership site, or digital product bundle
- Claim ownership of the original template designs
- Give the editable templates away as a freebie, lead magnet, bonus, or public download
- Use one purchased pack for multiple unrelated businesses or multiple client businesses
- Sell blank or editable versions of the templates
- Include the templates in software, apps, courses, memberships, template libraries, or digital bundles without written permission
- Use the templates in any illegal, misleading, harmful, hateful, abusive, or deceptive way

Agency and Client Use

If you are purchasing for agency or client work, each client business must have its own purchased pack or license.

Example:

- Allowed: You buy one restaurant marketing pack and customize it for one restaurant client.
- Not allowed: You buy one restaurant marketing pack and use it for five different restaurant clients.
- Required: Each separate client business needs a separate purchase or license.

You may deliver finished exported designs to your client. You may not give the client the original editable template links unless that template pack was purchased for that specific client.

Canva Account and Third-Party Platform Requirements

Many of our templates are designed to be edited in Canva. You may need a Canva account to access, edit, copy, customize, and download the templates.

Your use of Canva, Canva template links, Canva apps, Canva fonts, Canva images, Canva elements, Canva Pro assets, and any other Canva-related tools is governed by Canva's own terms, policies, licenses, and account rules.

We do not own, operate, manage, or control Canva. We cannot control:

- Canva account access
- Canva pricing
- Canva template link behavior
- Canva download settings
- Canva service availability
- Canva account restrictions or changes
- Canva platform updates

If Canva changes its features, pricing, policies, or platform behavior, your ability to use certain template features may be affected. We are not responsible for changes made by Canva or any other third-party platform.

Canva Pro Elements and Fonts

Some templates may include Canva Pro elements, images, fonts, graphics, or features. If you do not have a Canva Pro account, you may need to replace those items with free Canva alternatives, your own assets, or other elements available to you.

We do our best to make templates practical and easy to customize, but we cannot guarantee that every element will remain free, available, or unchanged inside Canva forever.

AI-Generated Images and Design Content

Some templates may contain images, illustrations, graphics, backgrounds, or visual elements generated or assisted by AI models.

While we do our best to maintain excellent quality, attractive styling, and professional design standards, AI-generated or AI-assisted visuals may sometimes include:

- Small styling inconsistencies
- Unintended photography errors
- Imperfect details
- Slight distortions
- Unusual objects or background details
- Text-like marks inside images
- Minor visual artifacts
- Differences between preview images and final edited use

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, replacing, or approving all visuals before using them in public marketing, printing, advertising, or client work.

Customer Responsibility for Edits and Final Use

Before using, printing, publishing, or sharing any design, you are responsible for checking all details carefully.

- Logo placement
- Phone number
- Website URL
- Email address
- Physical address
- Social media handles
- Offer details
- Coupon codes
- Dates and expiration dates
- Legal disclaimers
- Spelling and grammar
- Image quality
- Print size
- Bleed and margin settings
- Any industry-specific compliance requirements

We are not responsible for mistakes caused by customer edits, incorrect information, printer settings, low-quality uploaded images, wrong file formats, or failure to review the final design.

Printing and Offline Use

You may download and print finished designs for the licensed business or client. Printing results may vary depending on your printer, print shop, paper, ink, color settings, file format, bleed, and resolution.

We recommend checking with your printer before printing large quantities. We are not responsible for printing costs, reprint costs, color differences, trimming issues, or printing errors.

No Guarantee of Results

Our templates are designed to help you create professional marketing materials faster and more easily. However, we do not guarantee any specific business result.

We do not guarantee:

- More sales
- More leads
- More customers
- Higher revenue
- Specific conversion rates
- Social media growth
- Advertising performance
- Search engine ranking
- Client acquisition results

Marketing results depend on many factors, including your offer, market, audience, pricing, timing, reputation, advertising, follow-up, and execution.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds may be limited. Please review the refund policy shown on our website, product page, or checkout page before purchasing.

We may refuse refunds when:

- The digital product has already been accessed or downloaded
- Canva template links have already been delivered
- The customer changed their mind after access
- The customer expected services not included in the product
- The customer does not have or does not want to create a Canva account
- The issue is caused by Canva, a third-party platform, or customer editing errors
- The request violates our license terms

Support does not include:

Intellectual Property

You receive a usage license, not ownership of the original template files or source designs.
